QMA Certified
BMW/MINI Quality Partner

In June 2006, BMW/MINI Laval received from BMW Canada their award as a QMA Quality Partner by achieving all requirements to obtain a certification. Becoming the first BMW dealership in Quebec to be certified. The D’Argenio family, owner of the dealership is particularly proud of this nomination and also confirms again that the superior quality of service offered at BMW/MINI Laval makes all the difference. A family business with over 150 employees, it is our mission to maintain a structured organization and continue to offer our customers the “Ultimate Experience”.

QMA (Quality Management Autohaus) is a voluntary quality assurance system designed for BMW retailers that provides a framework of business standards to improve internal communication and efficiency of processes to enhance customer loyalty and profitability.
